Teal has grown up in the outfitting industry having done expeditions throughout the U.S. and internationally in Fiji, Costa Rica, Belize, Patagonia, Yukon Territory, British Columbia and Quebec. In the U.S. he has worked on Oregon's Rogue River and California's Kern and Tuolumne. Internationally he has guided for Earth River for 8 years on Quebec’s Magpie and on the Futaleufu for seven seasons.
